Skilled Visa Applications Are Processed In The Following Order Of Priority:
For Employer Sponsored Visas, visa applications are processed when the applicant is nominated by an approved sponsor with accredited status. For both permanent and provisional visa subclasses, visa applications that contribute to the migration program are prioritized, excluding the Subclass 188 (Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional)) visa. All other visa applications follow accordingly.

You can live, work, and study exclusively in designated regional areas of Australia. After holding the visa for 3 years, you may be eligible to apply for permanent residence.

This visa allows skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer, to live and work in Australia permanently.
Direct Entry Stream
This visa allows skilled workers, nominated by an employer, to live and work in Australia permanently.
– You must be nominated by an Australian employer.
– Your occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations.
– You must have at least Competent English.
